A–B Guidance & Boundary
Straight-line guidance with shift-line and pause point; field perimeter recorded with GNSS.

The 5-section field kit: Nova 2N navigation, an Aqua 500 control box for manual override and the AIR ECU on the sprayer. The valve harness plugs into ECU sockets 1 and 2 and the cab link is wireless. Five boom sections switch automatically from GPS position, rate control holds the dose, and the 20 bar Wolf flowmeter kit supplies main valve, line filter, control valve and section valve. A Hydra 500 or 700 hydraulic boom box can be added on ECU socket 4 — both kits run on one ECU.
Best for: MFS and TFS field sprayers with 5 boom sections, especially where a hydraulic boom box will be added later.

Straight-line guidance with shift-line and pause point; field perimeter recorded with GNSS.
5 sections switch on/off automatically from the field map and GPS position; Aqua 500 switches for manual override.
Target rate held constant in real time regardless of speed or field conditions.
The 5-way valve harness plugs into ECU sockets 1 + 2 on the sprayer; the cab link is wireless.
Main control valve, line filter, control valve and 5W section valve for field booms.
Add a Hydra 500 / 700 hydraulic boom kit on ECU socket 4 — both kits run on one ECU.
Core elements ship with every unit; optionals are quoted on request. Order codes match the Tim Digitize catalogue.
Valve kits, sensors and fittings the system needs on the machine — we quote them together with the computer and fit them at commissioning.
Field version: the Aqua 500 valve harness plugs into sockets 1 + 2 of the AIR ECU on the sprayer; the link to the Nova 2N and the Aqua 500 box in the cab is wireless.

The AIR ECU is mounted on the sprayer, next to the valves. The valve harness plugs straight into its sealed, numbered sockets and the ECU talks to the box in the cab wirelessly — no thick valve cable has to be pulled into the tractor cab. Power and wireless-link LEDs on the front plate show the status at a glance.

Sustains the required application rate (l/ha) at every tractor speed using flow, pressure and speed sensors — 5 boom sections, 10 stored jobs.

GNSS-guided spraying: automatic section control, automatic rate control, field boundaries and A–B guidance on one computer — 7 sections, Cross 200 antenna included.

Rate control tuned for orchards — the required application rate at every speed, with an orchard-specific spraying workflow and 40 bar valve kits.
Crop, row spacing, tractor horsepower — that's all we need to quote the right configuration, usually within one working day.
