Hydraulic Boom Movements
Hydraulic valves in the system let you control every boom movement from the cab.

The Hydra 500 puts five hydraulic boom functions on switches in the cab — levelling, height, lock and two boom movements — driving a 6-spool solenoid directional valve block on the sprayer through a 6 m cable (11 m optional). The AIR version connects the solenoid valves on the sprayer through the AIR ECU and links to the cab wirelessly.
Best for: field sprayers with hydraulic boom lift and fold that are operated from a closed cab.

Hydraulic valves in the system let you control every boom movement from the cab.
Levelling, height, lock and 2 boom movements.
Also available as Hydra 500 AIR — the SIM109 valve cable plugs into ECU socket 4 on the sprayer.
Core elements ship with every unit; optionals are quoted on request. Order codes match the Tim Digitize catalogue.
Valve kits, sensors and fittings the system needs on the machine — we quote them together with the computer and fit them at commissioning.
The Hydra 500 hydraulic control box with the AIR ECU wireless valve interface — boom movements from the cab, solenoid valves connected on the sprayer, no valve cable through the cab. The SIM109 valve cable plugs into ECU socket 4.

The AIR ECU is mounted on the sprayer, next to the valves. The valve harness plugs straight into its sealed, numbered sockets and the ECU talks to the box in the cab wirelessly — no thick valve cable has to be pulled into the tractor cab. Power and wireless-link LEDs on the front plate show the status at a glance.

Sustains the required application rate (l/ha) at every tractor speed using flow, pressure and speed sensors — 5 boom sections, 10 stored jobs.

GNSS-guided spraying: automatic section control, automatic rate control, field boundaries and A–B guidance on one computer — 7 sections, Cross 200 antenna included.

Rate control tuned for orchards — the required application rate at every speed, with an orchard-specific spraying workflow and 40 bar valve kits.
Crop, row spacing, tractor horsepower — that's all we need to quote the right configuration, usually within one working day.
